What does “Tax-Included Pricing” mean?
All prices on PK California already include California’s Other Tobacco Products (OTP) tax. That means:

Who can order from PK California?
PK California is available only to registered P&K customers that are licensed tobacco retailers based in California. You must have a valid California Cigarette and Tobacco Products Retailer’s License to create an account and place orders. To get started, complete our application here.
